Christmas Fair 2025

Saturday 29th November 2025 from 11:00 to 13:00 at the school.

Join us for some festive fun at the St Mary’s Christmas Fair! From games to food and drinks there will be something for everyone.

Admission, Stall tokens, and Santa's Grotto

Admission to the Fair is free. We will be operating a token system for the various stalls, so purchase your stall tokens in advance to avoid queuing on the day. On the day we accept card payments for token purchases and donations, as well as cash for those who prefer it. Also, do not forget to book your slot for Santa’s Grotto (limited places).

Donate books and toys

Why not take the opportunity for a pre-Christmas clear out and donate any good condition books & toys. We are also looking for raffle & auction prizes and home baking donations (please hand baking in the day before or day of the Fair). Please hand any donations in to the school office.

Call for volunteers

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to make the Xmas Fair a success. Help is needed to set up the day before and to run the various stalls on the day. If you can help at all, even for half an hour or so, please do let us know.
